Chef Pierre Rabbia of the Cordon Bleu culinary school and restaurant speaks to us tonight. The origina Cordon Bleu began in Paris and has branches all over the world, including the school located in Mendota Heights. Pierre tells us of the over 700 students here who diligently work to attain their diploma as chefs, managers, purchasers-in all, to learn the skills to run a first-class restaurant.
