It was another Friday the 13th in the Radio Rumpus Room, but we hoped not too unlucky for the good folks who tuned in. Sets that could have adversely affected the well-being of our highly valued listenership dealt with such issues as the ongoing international economic turmoil, the carbon-based lifestyle of the 53rd Annual Gopher State Timing Association Rod Custom Spectacular, and the little-sung (literally) hazards of surfing. Uh, be well!
We heard no music about the depressing storm headed our way. We did hear new music from Bell Orchestre, Robyn Hitchcock, and a former member of Tiki Obmar, a local band that got attention a few years back. Brett Bullion is back in the Twin Cities, creating compositions under the name Tarlton. Listen up for a great soundscape to your crystal-snowy days.
