Mathieu, originally from Chartres, France, will speak of seasonal food specialties such as the Bûche de Noël (Yule Log cake) and the Galette des Rois (Kings’ Cake) served on January 6 (Epiphany or Kings’ Day) to commemorate the arrival of the 3 kings at the stable where Jesus was born.
