We welcomed Taylor Robert—whom you may also know as Taylor Baggott—to the studio this morning to talk about his new album and release party at Hell’s Kitchen on Saturday, May 11th. Taylor has been on the music scene in the Twin Cities for more than 5 years, releasing his first full-length in 2009. In that time, he’s stuck to a sound he now calls “roll n’ soul,” although he went through a few incarnations at the suggestion of experienced friends to get to this point.
