New music highlights this week were The Black Hollies, Patty Larkin, shredding blues guitar from Eddie The Chief Clearwater, and guest David Levin came in for some pop-rocking in the 8:00 hour with his new album, Criminal.

They brought in new music from Unicorn Dream Attack, and we also heard the new Kid Dakota record, as well as a few tracks from their new album as Ghost in the Water (produced by Darren Jackson of Kid Dakota). Earlier in the show, we heard from local hip-hop/spoken word label Tru Ruts:http://www.truruts.com, which has a new compilation called Bridging the Gaps, and will soon have a debut record from artist El Guante. Big things happening in Minneapolis.
