Hmong American Reachout Radio Program

News, talk, and music for the Hmong community.

Edutalk focuses on the subjects of education opportunity and the success of Hmong students. Topics that have been discussed range from early childhood, K-12, and post-secondary information.

Healthtalk is a collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Health, Refugee Program and the Hmong Health Care Professional Coalition. Focussing on public health issues, communicable diseases, seasonal flu, treatment options, prevention, and health resources.

Hmong history focuses on the 50 year time span during which Hmong people have suffered from a war torn country and resettled in America. Also discussed are Hmong culture and the future of Hmong lives in America.

Music ranging from traditional musical intstrument, tradional singing, "khawv txhiaj" and modern music with Hmong or English lyrics; wrap music called "Paj Vuam."

News- often receives news and message from the home land of Hmong from China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand AND ofcourse, local and national news from around the states.
