YES+ Workshop

The YES+ workshop is a five-day workshop in which participants learn techniques to free the mind of stress, worry, and anxiety through yoga, meditation, and powerful breathing techniques. The techniques we learn help to reduce stress, increase focus and productivity, improve time-management, develop leadership skills, and make a difference in the society.

**All sessions are Mandatory!

Thursday, Aug. 8: 6 - 9 pm
Friday, Aug. 9: 6 - 9 pm
Saturday, Aug. 10: 10 - 4 pm
Sunday, Aug. 11: 10 - 4 pm
Monday, Aug. 12: 6 - 9 pm
