CivicMedia-Minnesota will hold its third TruthToTell: Community Connections forum on the persistent human and civil rights problems faced by ex-felons post-incarceration on the evening of Wednesday, April 10.

A panel of advocates and legislators involved in resolving these issues discuss the pros and cons of how far and how fast ex-felons should be allowed back into the mainstream of daily life. After an initial discussion among panel members, we will open up the discussion to questions and comments from audience members.

You are invited to be a part of our live, participatory studio audience. Audience members will gather in the Goodwill/Easter Seals home office (next to the Goodwill retail store) at 553 North Fairview Ave. in St. Paul at 6:00PM, the show will be recorded live starting at 7:00PM. The taping will last until approximately 8:30pm.

The forum will be broadcast the following Monday, April 15 on KFAI Radio, FM 90.3MPLS and 106.7STP from 9-10am (online at kfai.org), and on SPNN Channel 19 in St Paul and MTN Channel 16 in Minneapolis from 8-9pm.

The TruthToTell: Community Connections series is a co-production of CivicMedia-Minnesota, KFAI Radio, and SPNN, with generous financial support from The Bush Foundation. To watch videos of past forums, visit http://www.truthtotell.org/video_archives.
