St. Valentin au Chocolat

The Alliance Française would like to specially invite you to join us Friday, February 15 for an evening de luxe. The Alliance Française and Sofitel Hotel are collaborating to present a sumptuous experience for the palate for you and your valentine! Hors d’oeuvres served with St. Germain and sparkling wine in the Sofitel’s Garden Court, followed by the pairings of five wines and these chocolates:

1. Dark chocolate dome with rosewater
2. Milk chocolate macaroon with ginger
3. Moldon sea salt and caramel truffle
4. Lavender and citrus cheesecake lollipop with white chocolate
5. Pliable chocolate mousse
