More than 100 artisans and crafters gather in historic Red Wing, MN in October, setting up tented booths in heart of
downtown along the shores of Lake Pepin. It is a can’t-miss-it fall destination for fine arts enthusiasts from across the
Midwest. The 46th annual fair, will feature music, entertainment, and outdoor dining, as well as the work of this juried
art festival which brings about 100 artists exhibiting works in clay, glass, jewelry, fiber, photography and mixed media
will participate.
Attracting over 10,000 visitors annually, the RWAA's popular Fall Festival of the Arts is held each October during the peak
of fall color season. The public is invited to purchase the artwork, enjoy the food, the music, and the beauty of scenic
Red Wing in the fall. There is a wide variety of children's activities available. Enjoy the weekend in the city that the
National Trust for Historic Preservation placed in its distinctive destinations list. Red Wing was added for its
"impressive architecture and enviable natural environment."
