The Oratorio Society of Minnesota presents CASEY AT THE BAT

Just in time for Spring Training, The Oratorio Society of Minnesota presents a concert all about baseball. The performance includes William Schuman’s CASEY AT THE BAT, the musical depiction of Ernest Thayer’s classic American poem about Casey and the Mudville Nine. Guest artist Bradley Greenwald joins the Oratorio Society for this piece. Also included in the performance is George Kleinsinger’s BROOKLYN BASEBALL CANTATA, as well as local composer David Evan Thomas’s IN THE COUNTRY OF BASEBALL. A great concert for families and baseball-lovers alike.
