We speak with Michael Stanley, the writing team of Michael Sears and Stanley Trollip, who write the Detective Kubu mystery series, about their new novel Deadly Harvest. Their previous book, Death of the Mantis, won the Barry Award, and they also wrote A Carrion Death, and The Second Death of Goodluck Tinubu.

We also speak with Eleni Sikelianos about her new poetry collection The Loving Detail of the Living & the Dead. Her publications include Body Clock, The California Poem, The Book of Jon, and The Monster Lives of Boys and Girls.
