Refund Policy

KFAI relies upon donations from its listeners. If you change your mind about contributing, for any reason, KFAI is happy to honor your decision, as long as you request a refund (return of contribution) within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution. Requests for refunds can be made by calling 612-341-3144 x 22. Alternatively, requests may be emailed to Pam Hill or mailed to Membership & Volunteer Director, KFAI, 1808 Riverside Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55454. Refunds will be issued as either credit to the credit card used for the original contribution, or by check if the contribution was made by check, money order or cash.
